Interviews with 2 of WCW's Top Wrestlers.

I recently had the opportunity to sit down with 2 of WCW's top wrestlers DJ Royal and AJ Macintyre.

DJ first let me say its an honor to sit down with you and get to ask you these questions. If you are ready lets begin.

How did you start in this business? 

I read an article in the paper about U.S.W.A in 1984 about Cowboy RAY GORDON They where having try outs went tried now here I am about a year later RAY an I taged up an formed the DIXIE EXPRESS.

What do you think of the way the business is run now from the time you started in it?

The way it is now it's mostly a joke. Because its gotten to be like a soap like if you were getting ready to watch One Life to Live or something on that bases. OLD SCHOOL WRESTLING HAS GONE OUT THE WINDOW SOMEWHERE. There is only a few that keep it old school. Now RIC FLAIR is one that keeps it like OLD SCHOOL should be. It should be OLD SCHOOL or no school.

Is there anything the fans needs to know about DJ Royal? NOW for my fans I would like to thank you for your support an most of all for being a fan. For if it was not for all people like you fans there would be no DJ or any other wrestlers to be pulled for. Help support PRO WRESTLING at its best here at WORLD CLASSIC WRESTLING.

Do you trust your partner cowboy Terry Flynn and can he trust you? Can I trust Cowboy TERRY FLYNN as my partner the answer would be yes. An now can he trust me I would hope so. We HAVE KNOWN --each other for 20yrs

If it came down to you and your partner for a championship title reign what could the fans of WCW expect to see?

IF it was a Title MATCH between Cowboy and I IT WOULD BE ONE HECK OF A MATCH--IT WOULD BE A MUST SEE MATCH FIGHT TILL THE END.

How did you get your start in the business?

I saw poster add for a Wrestling School at the the Gym I used to work out at.Called the number.The rest is history.

What do you think about the business now compared to how it was when you started?

It's both good and bad. Good in the fact that there are many Independent promotions for guys to wrestle for. Bad in the fact that there is really only one mainstream company to work for.  When I started there was three.  Also just because someone owns or rents a wrestling ring that doesn't make them have a company some backyard wrestlers have rings but can't wrestle.
